Started a job a while ago, and quickly noticed that they weren’t flexible in terms of schedule changes right off the bat. Normally I work around it, compromise, etc., but I was sick today and they demanded that I come in for my shift (lots of physical activity, didn’t feel up to it due to illness). Is that an acceptable reason to quit a fairly new job? I really don’t want that to happen in the future.
