It took me over a year to find my current job. It's a work-study job, and the semester is almost over. I'm having a difficult time finding flexible, part-time jobs in the fields I like. I'm wondering if I should stay at this organization as a volunteer until the next school year starts to continue gaining experience. I'm not feeling very hopeful about finding a job. However, I'm worried about employers taking my volunteer experience seriously. I'm not really sure what to do.
