The “final” stage of the interview process …

Can someone shed light on this? I have had multiple interviews for this company and kept advancing to the next round. Now there is a final, 2 hour long interview where I meet about a dozen people from the company. Does this mean I got the job? Are they just trying to see if I am friendly / not psycho at this point 😂? I am extremely nervous so just looking for a bit of confidence here ❤️
