I got asked for an interview, and then told I am not longer being considered. Should I still go to the interview?

I applied for a bank teller job approximately two weeks ago. I sent a follow up email on my application, and was called about an hour after and I was asked to come in for an interview. I agreed happily because this is a job I want.

Later that day I received an email saying I was no longer being considered for the job. I immediately emailed back and asked if I should still come in for my interview. I was told to “still come in for my interview app”

Would it be wise to still go in? I do not want to waste anyone’s time.
