If you lie about your previous work experience in the past five years on a job application can the job you’re applying for actually be able to see all of the previous employers you’ve worked for? And how?
Ive worked at a lot of crappy jobs over the past five years and especially during the pandemic (I’m younger than 21 btw) but I want to get into trucking so I applied for this job as a dockworker because they will train you and its full time. When applying instead of adding resume, the application asks you to list all of the employers you previously had in the last five years which is 7 mainly due to the pandemic and the crappy work environments (fast food,assembly). I feel it will lower my chances of getting the job, If i leave out previous jobs that aren’t relevant to the dockworker position could they actually find out?
