Talent Networks

I recently found employment, but continue to receive emails from various talent networks, such as

Corus Group, LLC Talent Network; and other similarly named networks. When attempting to unsubscribe from networks such as these, I've found that they link me to a similar page, where they ask if I'd like to join the talent network. Upon trying this (to navigate to some page where I can change my email settings) I find that there's no way to login or change said settings, as you would for most modern websites. How do I do this through my email client instead? I use Mail (since I have multiple email addresses) on my mac. Thanks!
