Is this questionable or nah?

So, I was working for an insurance agency that is individually owned and ran independently but does business for a major insurance provider. I only worked there for 2 weeks before I was told that I wasn't a "good fit for the position". First time that's ever happened to me but it is what it is and thats okay.

I've worked for insurance before but in a call center environment so I'm not sure if it's just strict because it's third party compliance or what have you but...

This company had a few red flags for me and I wanted to make sure I'm just not over thinking it.

1). Nobody locks their computer before stepping away, no matter how long the duration.

2). There is excessive use of notebooks and stray papers on everyone's desks with information that's considered personal/ private. (Names, account numbers, ect). This office is open to the public and has daily deliveries so there's a potential risk of having that information taken.

3). Cell phone use is permitted while at your computer and on the phone with customers. (This one is like half and half cause even though it's cool i still feel like thats a big no no).

4). They have their log in information for all systems posted openly on their desk.

Maybe I'm just conditioned because of my lengthy experience with insurance call center environments but those didn't sit right with me, and I wanted a second opinion 🤔
