If your current working environment is toxic, you have to leave immediately. That's what everybody is recommending. On the other hand, bad mouthing about your previous employer on an interview raises a huge red flag. So how should the "why did you leave?" question be answered? Tell the truth, lie or use common phrases and avoid providing any details?
