Currently employed. About to interview to start back at the bottom with a similar employer.

I've been working in the same call center for seven years. Even at the beginning, my goal was to get off the phones as quickly as possible. All I've ever done is call center work and it's mind numbing. I'm sick of being tethered to my desk with a headset and having my time metered literally by the second whenever I'm not in a productive state. After a few years, I got promoted to an internal support position, which is at least the best version of shitty call center work. I'm good at what I do. I can solve any problem within the biller software, and have full recall of most processes and policies. I'm comfortable, and could probably do my job in my sleep.

Over the years, our company has been shifting departments in order to make efficient use of all our locations. This means every non-phone position has been moved to other states, and those offices have been filled with more cubicles for more call center work stations. I've applied to many positions even across the country, fully willing to uproot my entire life and move to where I know nobody, all in the name of getting off the phones. Even when the interviews went well, I was always passed over for an outside hire who had more relevant work experience or education. It's become clear that if I stay, I stay on the phones.

Tomorrow, I have an interview for a very similar company for an entry level position on the phones. I don't have a single doubt in my mind I will be offered a job, but I want to make sure I play it right from my side. I'm nervous walking away from the devil I know, what with its familiarity and slightly higher pay. I want to be able to interview well while being able to effectively ask the following questions:

-Are there other positions better suited for someone with my experience and skillset that I could wait for instead of taking this one now?

-Would it be a reasonable expectation for someone in this position to change to a different line of work within this company?

-Could we negotiate on the pay, given that this position is hiring people who have never set foot in a call center?

This is my first time interviewing for a position I don't unquestionably want to take. This is a new experience for me. Any pointers on how to assert these priorities while remaining a good candidate?
