Hello!

I have a BA degree and I want to get into HR. While I have skills that experience that relate to HR, I haven't worked in HR directly. I want to do that, but I'm having difficulty finding the right place to start/the right wording for a recruiter to give me chance. Any ideas? What would be something that could possibly catch the eyes of a recruiter in the HR field? Is there a difference in applying as an internal vs external candidate?
