Wondering what is the worst...

I feel like at the current job market I have a major disadvantage. 1. I've been unemployed for over 1 year (pre- pandamic) 2. I quit my last job (saying it was due to a family emergency) 3. I didn't finish college 4. I'm not a citizen 5. Pay expectations (based on 12 years work experience)

I think I should be in managment, but I worked for a company with no growth opportunities.

I talked to one lady that had people with a phd applying to a $15/h job.

But which is the worst one?

After looking for remote jobs only, I started to apply to jobs in my area, but for some I get rejections even though my experience matches exactly the job description and I wonder why they don't even want to talk to me?
