Have over a year's worth of experience in office administration and data entry (honestly, my primary role). Are full-time work-from-home data entry jobs possible for me?

I'm currently looking for a job that is work-from-home. I know that remote admin assistant and data entry jobs are available. But most of them are from out-of-state. The job economy here is utter shit and while I consider myself lucky for having the job that I do, the pay raise they gave me (~0.30 cents) may as well be a slap in the face and not worth it at all given the fact my workload has increased three times the amount it was prior covid.

I got a taste of working from home for a bit before they kicked the essential people back to the office (one of them being me). I loved working from home. Sure, some people hated it and wanted to go back to the office, but working from home was amazing for me.

I don't really like the direction my current company is headed in so I'm on the lookout for a better job that hopefully pays even just a dollar more an hour. Needless to say, I'd like to find a job working from home and I'm seeing data entry positions that do.

I am applying to them right now but was wondering if anyone has any experience with these types of gigs. How are they? Are they worth pursuing given my background?
