It's been two weeks since background check, background check confirmed received by HR still no word or response to emails?

I completed a background check 2 weeks ago for an entry level job, the background check came back day after with everything clear except for education which said it was canceled pending graduation. I assume they are just waiting to verify this until after I graduate.

I emailed both my HR touch points asking if all was good moving forward and if there was any cause for concern on Monday. They never responded and it is now Thursday. What could be going on?
