What does it mean if employers say "we will have a discussion and relay the next steps to recruiter"
Context
Went through a 4 stage interview process, this was my final interview, it started off weird because I was feeling a bit lightheaded due to working long hours, so I asked them if I can go get some water.
Overall it seemed pretty positive, we had a lot of laughs and conversation about my previous roles etc. We finished on time, and they left by saying we will have a discussion and relay the message back to the internal recruiter and she will go through the next steps.
