How to Market yourself better

Hello All,

I am recently unemployed and am having a hard time trying to market myself to make myself able to be hired. This was the first time I have ever been terminated and I was only there for approx 60 days. The reason I was let go was "Leadership skills was not where they needed to be for this remote location" Every time I play this over in my head, it keeps coming up as I don't have leadership skills and the positions I have and am applying to are supervisor positions. Also, using indeed and career builder for my main job search and not getting the results I would like. Are there better sites for positions that focus in Health care Admin and/or office supervisor/manager roles. Lastly, where is the best place to have resumes reviewed?
