I received a job-offer today shortly after my last interview and have until Tuesday to circle back with a final yes or no. On the other hand, I have a company that I have been in very close communication with that is creating a position for me that will work directly with the co-founders and cross departments. I am waiting to receive that description and pay info, but want to be transparent with them and hopefully get what is needed and have that final conversation quicker. The offer I received today is in-paper and verbal and the other I am waiting on I have the details of the process and that this is a guaranteed position for me in writing via email.
I have been told to not say anything, but I do not want to risk starting a job process (for a low offer) and have to back out later.
