Bit of an awkward situation. My boss is on vacation and I have accepted an offer at another company. Should I wait until he gets back from vacation next week? I already have a start date and feel like I need to give my notice ASAP. He does have someone filling in for him, but not sure if it would be rude to send in my notice before talking to him first since he’s always been pretty good to me.
