Need a place to rant....Got offered a job today that is a mix of admin/accounting/real state/ and database managment for 14 AN HOUR WTF

Like jesus christ the money offer shocked me. Past 3 roles have been in the range of 25-30 an hour doing similiar things just different markets such as in an accounting firm, hospital,and lastly the american dental association. This firm is a real estate development company with over 500 properties throughout the country. I can never tell what people are thinking when they decide to make a compensation offer thats so low. Minimum wage is 14 an hour and working in mcdonalds can get you the same. Thats not to say they dont deserve it btw it just feels so odd that they want so many skills and assign projects such as database tuning and want to pay someone with years of experience such a low amount. Im the type of person to say if you believe you deserve more you better have good reasons to back it up and i feel like i did and the hr just said shell think about it. have youguys ever went through this? I just needed somewhere to rant about job offer so thank you for reading my rant!
