Paranoid about background check?

I received an internship offer, contingent on a background check, but I'm worried about the educational component of the check.

I'm a bit paranoid because a few years ago, I was kicked out of college due to mental health issues. I had to take some community college classes to boost my GPA high enough to transfer to my state university. I've since stepped up my game and have a 4.0 GPA, though I've only been there for one semester. On my resume, I only listed my state college and my GPA and left out the other colleges.

On the application, it never asked me to list all previous education or GPA for all college credit. Am I in the clear here?
