My work relocates people as a sort of promotion but it is an application process. I applied for a location that was just (less than 6 months) acquired by my current company so there will be a lot of differences. What questions should I ask when I am in an interview?

I know there’s a big cultural change. The site director just up and quit shortly after the acquisition and some of the other leadership has quit as well. I am coming in as a leader, and I am just wanting to know what type of questions oI should ask or think about in order to get a feel of the place I will be at.
