Anyone else had terrible experience with HireRight?

Currently doing background check for a new job, this is my 2nd encounter with HireRight (had to deal with them once about 6 years ago), and they are just a headache to work with.

Got three jobs listed for the time period that they are checking, one at a major US company, one at a small US company, one at a small foreign company.

They were able to verify the small US company quickly and correctly, old boss at the small US company said the person called was repeating the same question and a little hard to communicate with.

The major US company, HireRight could only verify some data, so it's verified with incomplete info, but to be fair they company probably don't want to provide some of the data to HireRight, no biggie.

The small foreign company, HireRight had someone who doesn't speak that foreign language well calling them, so again partially verified, noted 'Verified by employer', but status stuck at pending for days now.

So now I got Verified with complete information(noted verified in their comment segment), Verified with incomplete information(noted verified), and a pending(noted verified by employer, partially)

Tried reaching out to them and see if they need any additional information from me on the verified with incomplete info and pending status ones, HireRight suggested that I should contact HR, and HR said questions before the background check is done should go to HireRight, but if I have questions after it's done I can ask them.

They did something similar last time as well, they couldn't verify my education (it's from a large public university in the US, not hard to verify at all) and it was stuck at pending for almost two weeks, had to call them multiple times before they realized their agent should have either changed the status or ask me for documentation.

Anyone else had similar experience with HireRight?
