Have I been ghosted???

The employer emailed me one week later after the final interview and asked me about the start time if the offer was given, salary requirements, and a list of references. I replied it in two hours. Then radio silence…it has been three days. Should I follow up next Monday? I have not slept well since then. Thanks.
