Well, three days ago I accepted a job offer in as a Clerk Typist. It's pays less but at least I can build myself up. I have never done excel at work before and its been years since I used this software. Right now I am taking a course to help me get up to speed. I love that face that I'm off weekends, its full time and that I start to live a normal live. I cried when the lady told me, I was just thankful that I was given the opportunity for an interview last week. Being hired for admin/office positions are tough, most of them what people with experience and a college degree! Thankfully I able to land this position at the right time. I was this close to just quitting my security guard job, the long shift were getting to me bad. Now I finish printing my two weeks notice for tomorrow and I will make sure that I can used all of my PTO for the next two weeks! Then I have a week for myself to recover then I start my new job and I'm so glad the area I'm in is less people due to Covid-19! My heart feels happy, all the tears that I cried the last fives search of a clerical positions. Had people telling me that I need to head back to college to snag these jobs and etc. All of those things don't even matter, I did this on my own. It may not a government job but it's better then nothing!!!
