Potential job spoke to my references a week ago - should I follow up?

I interviewed for a job 11 days ago, they seemed VERY interested, and asked for my references that day. I know they finished speaking to my references a week ago, and I have heard nothing. For context, they are a small team within a large non-profit. Should I follow up, and if so, is the two-weeks-since-the-interview mark appropriate? Or should I assume I am being "ghosted"?
