Do you love your job and what is it?

For the past 3 years I've been a Director of a water park. It pays pretty well, and I love going in every day. However, I'm looking to relocate (no idea where) and I know the possibility of my current job somewhere else may not be possible. Which makes me feel like I don't know what I want to do. I don't want an office job. What I love about my job is that the responsibility of the business is on me, I can control my own schedule, and I don't get burnt out fast at this place. So what kind of jobs do y'all have and what has kept you there or made you enjoy it?
