What steps to go after interview at chipotle?

So I am a junior in high school trying to get my first job. I recently interviewed at chipotle and the person that interviewed me said he really liked me and to expect a call in one or two days. Today is they second day and I was wondering if calling to ask about the status of my application would be a good idea. Any suggestions on what to say or if I should call or not are appreciated.
