How do I pass Tesco's 2020 online assessment?

So I've been applying for basic customer assistant type roles in supermarkets like Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons, Sainsbury's etc...

It seems I can't pass any of the online assessments.. They don't give constructive feedback on how to improve so I'm really not sure how to answer these questions and I keep failing?
