I recently got a job at Loblaws with my friend, I passed the interview and was hired. Just last night me and my friend were talking and she said she ate nothing that day, I said that she should eat something as her body requires at least 1600 calories, I told her to eat a apple or something low calories as it’s something yet low calories. Note she has Anorexia. She then told me to stfu and started being rude, I said please eat something I care about you. Then she blocked me, today she texted my number and said “good luck with keeping your job :)”. She is really good friends with all of the store managers. This is my first job and I’d hate to lose it as I’ve been looking for one forever now. As it’s a corporate company can I get fired for caring about a employee/ex friend?
