Two months ago I got a new job. I joined a team of 7 people as a software engineer.
I had a project the other day and my manager didn't really like the results. He said he expected something better for my experience. I have the role of a senior software engineer.
So I thought to talk to him and ask for a feedback about my "progress" I know I am quite new to discuss about progress but I think it would be a good idea to know if there's something I should change. I mean working environments are all different and sometimes what once was considered acceptable, it is not in some places.
What do you guys think?

Is it a good time to ask for a feedback and if there's something that I can improve?
