I'm applying to s job that I really really want and I truly think my chances are high and I got the right profile. However there is an option question about cultural identity and lived-experience based cause they commit to have a diverse team and I really would like to say something. I'm white which I don't think is necessary to mention and I identify as asexual but even if I'm comfortable talking about it I think it would be weird information in a job application. I have a very unconventional school path , started many studies, didn't finish any and didnt do university. I was thinking to write something like:
"I was born in France, the main particularity of my experience is my education. After engaging with diverse secondary illustration and cinema studies in secondary school, I somehow end up at the university in cinema theory. However, I stay only around six months and quit to work in a restaurant full time, planning to move to UK. 2 months later I’m a Londoner without any degree and I never returned to school since."
Probably would be better with less details and maybe just mention that I don't have a degree but I'm unsure. I never had to answer to that kind of questions Im really lost. Maybe I should just leave it ? I'm really overthinking this my brain is barely working I'm going crazy and I need help
