I'm freaking the hell out

I'm 20 with nothing marketable about me. I'm lucky I'm living with my parents but the way things are looking I'm not gonna be here much longer. I switched majors because music just wasn't going to make me money, my parents have no business connections despite being filthy rich, and I'm broken. Right now I'm getting beat in the resume phase for grocery store jobs and I haven't had a job in months. I do nothing. Absolutely nothing. All I have is going back to school next semester. Nobody has jobs. Bills are gonna pile up. I'm tired of my parents owning me, I'm tired of women looking at me like I'm nothing because I can't afford to live on my own or drive my own car. I'm a fucking lowlife. What do I do?
