Screwed in my career

So when i was in college, i actually managed to join one of the biggest banks here in my country in a good field as a intern, but i decided to join a small company in a better field and better pay but double the work. I do regret my decision. My "so called friend" in college told me i should join the small company because it would be better. She lied to me. Anyways now i only have sht companies on my resume and i'm already out of college. The chances of joining a better company will be much more difficult. What should i do? Will i be able to still join a bigger company?
