What will it take for congress to agree on a new stimulus deal?

It seems that congress is still at odds on what they feel they can do to help the American Public. The $600 a week boost is gone, job loss is climbing, and there does not seem to be a foreseeable end in sight.

With that said, what say you on what can be done in the short-term to protect the long-term?
