Multiple interviews

So i have 3 interviews lined up this week, 2 on Wednesday and one that i so very want on Thursday, ive read that you can ask the first interviewer for a bit to make a decision, is this true? Will that turn them off? Is there a way i can hurry the decision of the Thursday interview?
