I left my last call center job a year ago to explore better opportunities in the marketing industry. After being exhausted from being in a customer facing role, I wanted something that would be less taxing. I got rejected left and right even before COVID, so I'm at the point where I'm less picky and am willing to be customer facing again.
I need a WFH job since I am still living with my parents and need to keep them safe. But I can't do phone work anymore. Email, chat, or text is fine. But no phones. I just don't know how to search for a job that is non-phone customer service. It seems that whenever I ask for "no phone, non phone, email support, etc" it shows results for phone based work, or ideal jobs that are either sketchy or on Up work.
Anyone know a way to get around this?
