Inquiring about an application I sent through email but where to put my contacts?

So I've already sent all my information through their website and unfortunately, in their position details, they aren't going to pick up any calls if I try call them and ask about the position(kinda weird ik). I've written up an email, proofread several times, and the thought hit me...

where do I put my contact information?

As a jobless recent graduate, not once have I ever considered about putting my contact information in my email because I had always assumed that they have my information already through my resume or application. But I want to make triple sure by being consistent about my communication.

Do I put my contact information before the letter or after closing the letter? Do I even use it all?
