I have an interview for a job but do I tell them I have a current job?

I have an interview scheduled for tomorrow for a Physical Therapy Aide (which is what I want because I am applying to PT school) BUT I do currently have a job I started a few months ago with a great company, but not doing anything that would make me a better applicant for programs. Do I tell the recruiter for the new job that I am currently working? Would it look bad to quit this job I started only a few months ago to take this new job that would be better for my career? Only downside about the new job is that it’s over an hour drive from home, so it would be taking a lot of time out of my days. The perks outweighs the cons but I am not sure what the right thing to do is. Any advice?
