Is it possible to work a full time job while taking summer community college courses?

I started a degree some years back, but it was too hard for me, and I left. Since then, I worked a few data entry jobs and learned some programming on my own, so I decided to initiate a career change (I want to learn computer science now) and I plan on taking summer courses with the intent on transferring to a 4 year university.

A few months back, I applied for a pretty substantial data entry position at a large biotech through a staffing agency. At the time, I wasn't selected, and I just let it go. A few days ago, the same recruiter I previously worked with contacted me again and asked if I was still interested in the position. I didn't think anything would come out of it, and I said yes, but this time the recruiter said that the company wants to interview me.

I know I have to get through the interview first, and I'm not super confident I'll be selected, but this position also looks like a great fit with my current skill set, and I'm going to emphasize that in the interview. The problem is, I'm already registered for summer courses. I'm prepared to drop one or two classes, but I don't want to delay returning to school much. Also, if I'm offered the position and complete the 6 month contract, I'd have enough money to afford all the schooling I need. Should I delay schooling? Should I not try for this position? Or is it possible to make it work?
