I can't get any jobs whatsoever. I filled up job applications, sent in resumes, and had job interviews, but nothing has gone in my way. What should I do?

I've applied to many jobs for the past 2-3 years and haven't gotten into any of them at all. I've applied for minimum-wage jobs and they were around 15-20 of them that I've applied to. I did everything that I had to do to apply for jobs, so I can get accepted. The title pretty much sums it all up what I did to get a job. I haven't gotten anything other than no calls at all or just straight-up rejection calls/e-mails. I don't know why this keeps happening to me after I had job interviews with them. Some of them even rejected me without having a job interview with them at all. I don't get how people my age or even younger ones tend to get jobs earlier than me. There are younger people who are getting paid a ton of money by having other jobs/careers, and I don't know how they got into those jobs/careers already. As of right now, I'm not applying to any jobs whatsoever because of the pandemic lockdown, but then I don't want to look for jobs anymore. What should I do now?
