Question about being a salaried employee working overtime with no sign of being compensated extra.

I work for a very small company (5 employees with all different job titles). For the past 3 months I have been working 60 hours a week. I don’t know what happened but it used to be around 40 the past 2 years. I guess I just gained more responsibilities and the hours got longer and longer an now I’m kind of realizing now how messed up it is that for the past 3 months I’ve been working 60 hours a week and compensation is coming out to around $10 an hour. Maybe I’m in the wrong even complaining but I need another opinion
