Tried to leave my boss from last 4-5 months but didn't succeed. why saying leaving my boss couse organization is good but my reporting manager bad.she is torchering and harseing me everyday even on weekends.
When i joined this organization that time have three offer letters from good companies but unfortunately have joined this and my bad time was started.
But finally I have decided to leave this organization (boss).
Need your blessings and support to find a good manager .who will not like previous and support me whenever I need any help.
