I recently got hired for a part time consulting job. I have been looking for one because my “full time” (salary) job only gives me 20 hours of work or less a week. I have gotten in trouble for being too productive and making my team “look bad”. My full time job is salary and they don’t record hours worked.
I started applying to part time jobs to fill the gap, and I finally got hired for one.
I’m just not sure if I should add that to my resume.. what will people think if I have a full time job, plus a part time job? The reason it took so long to find this part time job is because people were concerned that I had a full time job.
I’m at a loss here.. the new part time is great experience and I don’t want to leave it off my resume. I’m pretty experienced in the business world but have no clue on this one.
