Got an offer from a job that I have interviewed for , but still waiting from my top choice, what should I do? I have to reply to the job offer by tomorrow by 5 PM EST, what should I do?

I have been interviewing for jobs and I was in three final round interviews for three companies. Today, I got an offer from one of them, a small software start up, and I am still waiting to hear back from Docusign (they said they would get back to me next week). They said my call with them was good, and I also had a peer interview with them as well last week.

I still haven't heard back from them, but I do have Docusign as my top choice. Should I email them and tell them about the job offer I received, and ask them what is the status of my application?
