I plan on furthering my education to eventually get my Bachelor’s in Human Recourses - but in the meantime, I’m trying to get out of retail management, and I’m hoping that my recently obtained associates degree will help me get my foot in the door somewhere else.
I’m interested in an office job with a regular 9-5, mon-fri schedule. Being in retail management has made me realize that I hate people, and I hate the irregularity of my schedule. Having to work nights, weekends, countless days in a row. The environment is tiring and stressful, and completely overworked and underpaid. But enough with the complaining.
Does anyone have any tips and advice on how to get out of retail hell? Thanks guys!
