Management job without management experience

Hello all,

How do you guys suggest getting management experience, especially when every management related job requires that you already have management experience. I've looked into training programs and trainee jobs also but had no luck. It may just be because the job market is horrible right now but I dont know. The worst part about graduating recently is I cant tell if it's my fault and lack of experience or if it's the markets fault. I am temporarily working in a warehouse position that is back breaking labor. I want to get out asap and start building management experience but am waiting to find another job before leaving. Anyone had recent experiences?
