Giving notice is giving me crippling anxiety

I’ve been at my company for about a year and a half, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my boss, the company, and other people I work with.

But having said that I got an offer on Friday for my dream job, which is unnerving in these times, but I accepted and now am having the worst thoughts about giving my notice in. Everyone who I tell about my new offer just says “lol, good luck telling “xx” on Monday.... cannot wait until Monday evening.
