So I (25F) currently live in Michigan with my fiancé and my parents live in Alabama. We have been planning on moving there, but haven’t had that push to do so yet (we both have jobs, never good timing). I lived in Alabama for 10 years and I want nothing more than to move back. I’ve been in my position for 10 months now and I’m to the point where I can’t stand being at work, my coworkers, etc. I feel like my work has been slacking, because I can’t take it anymore. My parents are super supportive and have told me that I could come stay with them while I look for a job. My fiancé also is super supportive of me quitting my job as well. I’m to the point (have been at the point) where I need to get out of Michigan, I feel there’s no opportunity for growth. I know the timing is horrible to be considering this, but I haven’t felt the push to quit my job much like I currently am feeling.
Am I crazy? I have a good amount of money saved and was planning on quitting at the end of May. Advice would be appreciated!
