Gaps in employment history

So I'm applying to a job, Safeway, so I'm not really sure how to go about describing my employment gaps. Do I just answer them honestly? It's a courtesy clerk position, so I'm not sure how much it really matters because within those gaps I was in high school/college.

I also have a pretty shoddy employment history, within 3 months of my first job my parents decided to move out of state. With my second job my parents planned another sudden out of state move just 2 months into my job. But I'm not sure how much it matters since I was a minor then and didn't really have a choice, now I'm an adult and can choose where I live and when.
