I may have ruined my chances for a job during an otherwise great interview.

I had an interview today with a supervisor and the VP. My interview with the supervisor went great. She liked all of my answers and we come from a similar background. However, she said she hasn’t been at the company for even a month so I’m not sure how much say she has in the decision. Then the VP came in our interview was going well until he asked me what drives me. I said the fear of being complacent drives me because I know I sometimes have a tendency to be complacent and I want to break that by never settling. The interview kept going but he brought up my comments on complacency a couple more times. I mentioned how no one is perfect and it is important to acknowledge one’s faults to try and fix them. I said it is not healthy to turn a blind eye to them. I should hear back from them by the end of the week. Did I shoot myself in the foot by mentioning my complacency and did I fix it by the end of the interview? I feel like I answered “what is your biggest fault” without being asked. Thanks in advance.
