Accepted one offer, but still may get a better offer. How to handle?

I interviewed for two different jobs a couple of weeks ago, both interviews went well and I received an offer for one of the jobs (Company A) last Friday. I'm still being considered for the other, but they (Company B) haven't made a decision yet. They did say they will be making a decision soon, so I'm expecting to hear something this week or next. Company B pays 20% more and the location is more convenient, both are similar work and both have room for advancement. I accepted company A's offer and will be happy there if company B doesn't make an offer, but -- 20% more money and better location is a lot to walk away from. Ethically I feel like I should call company B and withdraw from consideration, but strategically I want to wait and see what happens. If they make me an offer, I could give company A the chance to counter, if they don't counter, then I'd probably accept company B's offer.

Is that unethical? Unprofessional? How should I handle this?
